Born in Düzce, Cem BATUR graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Geophysical Engineering in 2008. He started his first business experience in 2010 in Oltan Fındık San. ve Tic. started as an Export Responsible and continued this duty for approximately 2.5 years. Batur, who became an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist in 2012, joined Standard Profil Otomotiv San. ve Tic. He started to work as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist in Turkey and worked for about 3 years. In 2015, he took the position of Business Manager at Bob Academy and continued this duty for 2.5 years. Cem Batur, who joined the Berrak Consulting Family in 2017, contributed to the start of the Institutional Trainings process in our institution in the same period. Batur, who works as a Corporate Consultant within the body of Berrak Corporate Consulting, also carries out the organization and operation duties of our institution. In addition, he completed his Master of Total Quality Management at Düzce University in 2020, and after this process, he gained the qualification of Quality Consultancy. She supported the completion of the project by writing and training the project named "Women Employment in Production and Industrial Culture" on behalf of Düzce TSO and Düzce Women Entrepreneurs Board in 2021. Batur still gives awareness trainings in order to prepare the corporate employee profile for the Total Quality process and prepares training programs to make people aware of themselves, their social and corporate environment, and also programs Leadership, Communication and Emotional Intelligence Workshops.
